Junius Bracy (J.B.) Cross, Jr. is an attorney practicing in construction law and related areas since 1978.  His Law practice includes Construction Surety companies, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and owners of construction projects.  His litigation experience covers State and Federal Courts, Arbitration, Mediation and practice before various construction related boards and commissions.  He has been involved with virtually all areas of the construction industry including the state of Arkansas, Arkansas Highway Department, Corps of Engineers, Federal Highway Administration, Department of Defense, large commercial projects and residential contracts. 

He is a frequent speaker on construction related topics and has presented at the Best of CLE for the Arkansas Bar Association in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2012, 2015 and 2019.  In 2019, Mr. Cross was presented with the 2019 Continuing Legal Education Award for raising the level of continuing legal education.  He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America 22nd Edition in Litigation - Construction and Arkansas’s Best Attorneys in Construction and was selected as Arkansas Construction litigator of the year 2015 by Best Lawyers. 

Mr. Cross is licensed in both Arkansas State and Federal Courts. Mr. Cross is a graduate of Hendrix College and obtained a J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville.

A proud member of the Arkansas Bar Association, he serves on the Legal Forms Committee and is a member of the Construction Law Section, serving as Section Chairman in 2010.
