Elizabeth Caldwell has been with the firm since 2007, and became a Member in 2015. Mrs. Caldwell’s representative clients are primarily construction and real estate industry clients, but she has represented a variety of clients in various business or real estate matters. Mrs. Caldwell’s practice focuses on business transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate formations, and contract drafting and negotiations; real estate transactions; real estate and commercial financing. 

Ms. Caldwell also devotes a significant portion of her practice to business succession and complex estate planning. She is experienced in the intricacies of succession planning, including valuation and buy-out structures for the construction industry. She frequently drafts and reviews commercial lease agreements and routinely serves as local counsel for out of state firms closing commercial real estate transactions in Arkansas.
