Chasey J. Cox has been an attorney with Newland & Associates, PLLC since 2009 and a partner with the firm since 2016. Ms.  Cox’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, business acquisitions and transitions, commercial financing, contract drafting, corporate formations, and succession/estate planning.  While her representative clients are primarily based in the construction and real estate industries, she has represented a variety of clients in such matters.    

Ms. Cox graduated from the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law with High Honors in 2009. During law school, Ms. Cox was Executive Editor of the UALR Law Review.  Prior to her legal studies, Ms. Cox graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2006.
