Anne Delaney is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law. Anne received top papers in Torts, Evidence, and Nonprofit Law and earned a 4.0 grade in Criminal Law and Real Property II. 

Prior to joining the firm, Anne clerked at law firms specializing in employment law, personal injury litigation, and family law. Anne also completed an externship in the legal division of the Arkansas Department of Education. Anne graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2020. At ATU, Anne was a member of the Business Student Leadership Council.

Anne’s practice centers around all aspects of construction law and litigation, where she assists clients with business entity formation, contract drafting, and review, and through all aspects of litigation, arbitration, and mediation. She also handles employment matters and landlord-tenant issues
