Evan Lawrence is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law where he studied business law, federal taxation, and real estate transactions.  Evan received top paper in Civil Procedure I and earned a 4.0 grade in Criminal Procedure and Constitutional Law.  While in law school, Evan was an active member, and Justice of, Phi Alpha Delta- Law Fraternity and was a member of the UALR Law Review.

Prior to joining the firm, Evan served as an attorney in the Arkansas Department of Finance & Administration’s Revenue Legal Counsel.  In that role, Evan represented the Department of Finance & Administration in various state income tax and sales tax protests.

Prior to his legal studies, Evan was a member of the Arkansas Army National Guard from 2011-2017 serving as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst.  Evan graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2015.

Evan’s practice centers around all aspects of construction law and litigation, where he assists clients with business entity formation, contract drafting, and review, and through all aspects of litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
